The company was founded in 2020, and the work on plant and animal production was shortened, plant production on the establishment of laboratories for purification and fumigation of seeds, where very sophisticated laboratories were imported from solid international companies that operate in the laser method and are specialized in sorting seeds according to ranks and varieties. There is a specialized branch of the company interested in importing harvesters,  tractors and agricultural machinery from international origins and solid companies such as Germany, Holland, France and Italy.
As for the animal section, the company has established fish lakes for large areas, including meat fish breeding, as well as fingerling breeding hatcheries, as well as building pens for raising sheep, cows and buffaloes, as well as creating a protected area for the reproduction of Reem deer.
The company also worked on establishing an expanded plan for the work of dairy factories, as well as devising new varieties of seeds through research teams by developing varieties and exporting seeds to countries around the world.
